HOME AGAIN
Borte bra, men hjemme best! Juleturnéen 2013 er over for denne gang, og vi er hjemme igjen etter noen fantastiske dager både på Lista og i Kristiansand. Og ikke tro vi ligger på latsiden – nå står det mange interiørprosjekter på rekke og rad som venter på å bli ferdige.
Har dere hatt en fin jul? Og har dere spennende planer for morgendagen?

Finally at home, after being on Christmastour for quite some time. We’ve had a wonderful time at Lista and in Kristiansand, but it is sure nice to be home again! We’ve got plenty of interior projects waiting for us, so don’t think we’re all lying in our sofa, relaxing! So excited to enjoy the outcome though, so it is definitely worth the while.
Have you had a great Christmas? Any special or exciting plans for tomorrow?

Jula varer helt til påske, ikke sant? Isåfall leverer den til de grader i år, med festligheter hver kveld så langt. I kveld er intet unntak, og det er litt stas for ei som liker godt selskap, god mat og ikke minst å kle seg opp litt!

Christmas lasts until easter, or what? It really delivers this year, with party and gatherings every single evening. And today is not an exception, which is kind of fun for a girl that loves to play dress up, spend time with the family, eating amazing food!

DIY: GRANIT DECO
Jeg elsker DIY, og enda bedre er det når de er så enkle som dette! Og særlig når det er noe som består av naturmateriale – en av mine største svakheter interiørmessig. Å omringes med naturmaterialer har jeg alltid synes har gitt en helt spesiell følelse av ro og harmoni. Når man i tillegg kan få granitt på boks, tipper jeg at jeg kommer til å gå en smule bananas!

I love DIY’s, and even more when they are as simple as this! I’ve always been weak for natural materials – I find it so soothing and calming in surroundings decorated with this. So you can imagine how happy I was when I found out that you actually can have granit on a spray can! I guess someone is going to go crazy banana with this one!

For noen uker siden meldte jeg meg på Nordsjørittet, og for noen dager siden et halvmaratonløp. Kjenner jeg begynner å lure litt på hva som har gått av meg, men fullføre – det skal jeg! Herlige utfordringer som virkelig krever at jeg prioriterer riktig det neste halve året!

For a couple of weeks ago, I signed up for “Nordsjørittet” and a couple of days ago I completed it with signing up for a half marathon. Kind of wondering what went through my mind at the time, but I’m determined to complete it! Challenges I will succeed in, and which forces me to make the right priorities the next six months.
